The Reek Barrel Perform at the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival

The Reek Barrel Performed at this year's Annual Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival September 16-19th. We had a 7-11pm time slot Thursday to Saturday night. We started off with a bang every night, by the second day word had gotten out with crowds larger than 500 people by the end of Saturday night. We had an awesome time with the crowds, thanks to some fans who brought us some homemade chocolate cake. Thank you to those who supported us, this trip has meant a lot to us. Because of the generosity of our fans in Fredericton, we have raised enough funds to convert our bus and home ( The Barrel ) from running on Diesel to Veggie Oil. This will help us further our adventures next summer with cheaper fuel costs and reducing our carbon footprint as a community.

Thank you to all who supported us during our travels, who has housed us, dealt with our reekieness, donated, gave food, coffees, smiles, group hugs, bus malfunctions, and good times.

Thank You. We Love you.

Wharf Rat Rally 2010!

This past week, The Reek Barrel Crew performed at the Annual Wharf Rat Rally in Digby, Nova Scotia. The crew put on several shows a night and entertained thousands of rally fans throughout the week.
